Friendly and helpful staff. Family owned business and were able to fix my door handles on 1998 Gmc 3/4ton pickup. Hadn’t been able to lock doors and then drivers side would not work at all and had gotten stuck inside. Had to crawl out of window after grocery shopping and passenger side loaded with groceries.

I've been using Magnolia P&B longer than I can remember (35+ years) and had them do body and paint repairs on multiple family vehicles. I insist on using them and highly recommend them. I can't say enough good things about the owner, David, and the body shop manager, Brad. They are great people, treat you like family and fight the insurance company for you to make sure you get it done right! They aren't satisfied until you are a happy customer!

This family business is the most honest establishment I know. I needed my door-handle
fixed on my 2000 Mercury Mountaineer because I have a special needs son who I couldn’t get in and out comfortably.I went to three different businesses in the area and they wanted to charge me $150-$325 to make the repair that is with me buying the part. I went to Magnolia paint and body and met with the wife and husband . Owner had my car fixed promptly and only asked for $20. Wow! ..... Where do you find honestly and character like this these days????

This is the place I would recommend to anyone! Fast, extremely courteous service with genuine concern for your needs. This is how businesses should conduct themselves. I work down the road from them at Airline Vacuum, and we operate the same way. Cyndie was a true professional! When I get my wrecked truck repaired, I'm coming here!

Extremely disappointed with this place! They had my truck for almost a month and said it was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up, I noticed two things right away that were not ready and one of the workers even noticed another thing that was not fixed. No quality control at this place. They said they would all be fixed by the end of the day and to come back and pick it up. They were not fixed by the end of the day. I took off from work again and picked it up the following morning. The transmission started slipping on the way to work. I checked the transmission fluid and it was low so

After an unfortunate meeting with a parking bollard (long story) David assured me he could take care of it. He did! Excellent color match on the 3 step white and quality body work. Everything fits and works perfectly. While hoping I never have to go there again, if necessary, they will be my first and only stop.
