States they don't give estimates on older cars with damage. Guess they only give estimates for people who drive luxury cars and Rip them off Avoid! Aviod!

Went there on Wednesday and a man asked me to bring my car for an estimate, took my car today and a woman came out and told me that they offer the service I was looking for. Maybe she didn’t want to service my car because I am Hispanic, I don’t know and I don’t care but I am taking my business somewhere else. You are one of too many and I won’t recommend you business to anyone.

My truck got rear ended. Went to them on a recommendation from my regular maintenance guys. I was not disappointed. Doug kept me informed, told me my options and delivered on schedule. They took care of the little things as well. All in all, I think my truck is in better condition than it was before the accident!

Took my car in one day and had it back the next, and they even provided a loaner car. Which doesn't happen very much. These folks are on there game!

When one of our vehicles had an unfortunate encounter with an 18-wheeler that decided to merge into the lane where our car was driving, the results were, well, almost overwhelming. Well, as the saying goes, you cannot judge a book by its cover. We used DM to repair a dint and some scratches on the right rear panel of our BMW 328i. The quote was very reasonable and it was a smooth transaction throughout the entire process from the time we dropped off the car until we picked it up. They were nice enough to provide us with a free car rental while our car was in the shop for 3 days. We dropped it off on a Monday at 9:30am and it was ready on Wednesday at 9:30am. There was one hiccup with the rental car - I didn't completely close the back hatch, so the light was on in the car
