My son was coming to AB Fitness Center and he recommended me to come and try it out. I called and I am so glad I did.

All joking aside, cardio is good for the heart, but if we're talking in terms of fat loss and keeping and growing muscle, and heart health we all know resistance training is the key to success! So many people will start their fitness journey with hours of cardio and NO weight training.

We say the opposite is the way to go! Focus on building muscle and getting stronger without the hours spent on a machine or running to lose fat and you will be MUCH more successful.Not to mention, weight training will make you boot just look and feel better, but it can increase your quality of life.
1- Virtual Training- stopping the spread begins with prevention! We are asking anyone if they feel even a little under the weather to STAY HOME and train with us virutally. 2- Having 2 facilites- each facility is open 3x per week with 24 hours in between appointments. 3- Screening- We ask anyone to text us if they feel slightly under the weather and we make arrangements to move them to virtual.

In fact she worked out with us in her dining room just 2 feet from her kitchen during this entire time when gyms were closed on our virtual workouts! When Rochelle first came to us it was just before we were forced to close the gym.
My name is Anthony Bevilacqua and I have been a trainer for well over 15 years! I also am a certified nutritionist and body transformation specialist. So what does that mean exactly! It means my specialty is to help transform your body like you didn't think possible! I help people who are in a rut finally get results!
We did another fitness test and raised money for Last Hope Inc Animal Shelter! It's amazing how working out can not only help your body but also help animals in need! From day one, I knew that this was going to be my new “fitness family.” I am always pumped up on my way into the gym and especially when my workout is over, knowing that my body is becoming stronger and healthier day by day.
I was ready for both a physical and mental transformation after gaining 30 lbs. during 2020 due to Covid and inactivity and wouldn’t look at myself in the mirror. I started in mid-June and already have lost 30 lbs., gained visual muscle definition in my upper body and slimmed down in my hips region. I can’t wait to see how I continue to transform my body in 2022!

AB fitness motivated me to start focusing on my health once again even though I have a busy schedule. The staff truly treated clients like a family- I was always greeted by my name and a smile. They hold you accountable by checking in with you via phone calls and sometimes even ask you to send pictures of your meals to ensure you're staying on track! Would highly recommend AB fitness to anyone looking to make longterm, sustainable lifestyle changes.

AB fitness has helped me through a 10 week weight loss journey that has resulted in overall body fat percentage being cut down a significant amount, along with also increasing my strength output in the gym by a tremendous amount. AB fitness is truly the best personal training place. No i’m not being biased just because I got the best results I could’ve ever imagined. I’m simply stating facts. After a year of “dieting” and restricting myself to foods I didn’t like and doing workouts that I found on youtube I saw no results. I thought there was no way possible for me to lose weight and feel good about myself, then I got professional help (AB fitness) and in the 7 months I’ve been with AB I feel like my best self. After trying many programs and thinking of surgery, I saw a survey on AB Fitness instagram. I agreed to chat with Anthony..and it was best decision. I follow the program remotely from Florida. Anthony is very hands on...but makes the program fun! on week I only got a small hand- clap and was so bummed. it made me try harder for the full applause. Anthony takes the time to explain the steps and even did a zoom call with me when I was confused. Two months in and I am down 15.2 lbs. have not had a gain in 2 months which is a first. Anthony caught on about my vicious habit of cheating on weigh In day

Before I started training with AB Fitness I was letting myself go a little, I wasn't eating the healthiest things and my idea of a workout was using the stairs instead of the elevator. I've had trainers before at other gyms, mostly one-on-one but they don't give you the attention that AB Fitness gives. The trainers truly show that their care about their customers, and that's not even the right word, they treat me and everyone else like their friends and family. They make sure that it's not just about the fitness but about the diet as well. I don't make recommendations unless I truly believe it
