Services
Memberships allow all participants to attend 2 to 4 workouts per week. There are multiple time slots daily to choose from and all of these sessions are overseen and designed by 1MR staff. This allows Chris and his staff the opportunity to design custom workouts geared to your fitness needs. You will be given a program specific to your personal goals, which is different than joining a class where everyone is completing the same exercises.

Chris has been working with my son for a little over year in strength and conditioning along with wide receiver skills. Chris is very passionate and knowledgeable. He has set personalized goals for my son and motivated him to exceed each goal. Not only has my sons strength, speed, and weight increased, his mental and physical capacity as a wide receiver developed tremendously. We owe all this to Chris and are looking forward to many more years with him to come.

Our 9 year old son recently started strength & conditioning for football with trainer Marc . He loves every minute of these sessions and Marc has helped make him stronger , faster & pushes him to be his best ! He cant wait for Mondays to get back at it with Marc and this awesome facility .
