Steve and his crew did a GREAT job replacing our roof a few years back and now our siding, including wrapping our windows/doors and installing brand new gutters/downspouts!
They were thorough, efficient and very attentive to the details, all while keeping in communication with us along the way!

We had used Osslund for our siding and roof many years ago. Steve Osslund did a good job with that. Last summer we needed our attic fan replaced. We had to hound down to get him to install it. He blew us off for one appointment (in hindsight, we should have gone elsewhere at this point, but we really trusted him). He finally installed it and it worked for a while. In August, it wouldn't turn off regardless of the temperature outside. Steve would not return our calls, so we shut off the switch to the unit for the winter.

This was a very positive experience. Osslund roofing was recommended by our handyman. Steve and his crew did a great job replacing our roof. The crew was friendly and professional. Great job cleaning up. We've received lots of compliments from neighbors. Steve uses a high quality shingle. We had the roof replaced about 3 weeks ago and since then we've had some good rain showers and I'm happy to report no problems at all. Steve takes care of a lot of roofs in the area and has been around for a long time. Thought his quote was reasonable and he stood by it - no funny upcharges

A friend asked for assistance in locating a roof leak. In addition to the pitched asphalt shingle roof (pic) the back of her home has a flat rubber roof section which also had to be replaced. She got several roofing estimates, a few also recommended everything from new gutters to unwarranted insulating upgrades. I recommend she call for 1 more estimate - enter Osslund Roofing. Steve himself walked the roofs, provided an honest assessment and a reasonable estimate. Highly, highly recommended. Many years ago (or it seems like it anyway), we had a leak in a balcony/flat roof, and we had Osslund Roofing out to fix it. It has been perfect ever since. A few years after that, our ridge vent was blown off and Osslund Roofing replaced that. Last year we needed a whole new roof, and because it was such a big job, we thought we should get a few estimates- what a waste of time! We thought from the beginning we wanted to go with Osslund Roofing, and in the end we did- and it was the right decision. Steve Osslund is very knowledgeable, he and his crew are very professional
