The company was really professional and on time. The delivery guy name Greg, was very kind and courteous over the phone...He took time out to meet me at the rental car company which save me the headache of calling me a uber..so that save me time and money. Greg was so on time that he had to wait an hour at the rental car place because I was running late because of tarffic.

When i first booked them with AmeriFreight as my broker i was told there was a 99.3% satisfaction rating; i later browsed reviews online and i grew really concerned from the MANY mixed reviews from other sites; i was up until 3am worried sick, i was shipping my beloved (classic) car the next day that i've known for 7 years and owned for 2 from a close friend so naturally i was worried sick about it reaching it's destination in one piece, not to mention i was moving cross country my broker

I had a wonderful experience with EZH inc. They shipped my high end exotic vehicle safely, and quickly.. I had my vehicle shipped from california to ohio and they had it to me in 6 days...Not a ding or dent...Martin was a great transporter and kept in contact.. he even met me later at night just so I could have my vehicle in my possesion before morning... Also! Unlike most transport companies.. THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Terrible! Avoid at all costs. I booked them through a broker: Inter-City Auto Transport, Inc. so had no idea who I was getting. The car was delivered so filthy I couldn't discern damages. The driver rushed me through the process, asked me to sign only saying I'd received the vehicle, never did a walk around with me or asked me to ascertain damages.

This is the most unprofessional group I have ever done business with in my last 20 years in the car business. They picked up an BMW from the auction in Riverside CA. for delivery to Nashville TN.
This car was given the highest grade rating the auction gives. When it was delivered it had significant damage to the rear of the car including the back deck lid.( $1,459.53) To date, they have done nothing. They asked for CONDITION REPORTS, GATE RELEASE REPORT ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE DAMAGE ESTIMATE.
After more than twenty phone calls and 8 months, to Tony and other staff, all promising me that "UZI

I did not choose them directly. I picked MCPrologistic, which ended up being a broker, who then hired these guys to pick up my care. The price was very reasonable. they picked up the car in Oklahoma, and dropped it in Los Angeles. they gave me a 2 hour window for drop off, and showed up very much on time. Car was in great shape. No issues. the transport took one day more than originally estimated, but all is good.
I saw a lot of bad reviews for them here on yelp, and though I would at least share my good experience, for what its worth.

Transported a car from CA to OH & had to meet a deadline. Never once were the times given for pickup/delivery met, making someone call a day off work for nothing. After getting a call I'm OH saying to meet the driver to pick up the car, when I was promised address to address pickup/delivery, I went to meet the driver. Once there the driver harassed me because I was paying with a money order from USPS. Prior to even placing my order, the company informed me that only cash or money order are the accepted payment methods. The driver continued to harass me saying it's a fake & I needed

If it was possible, I would give them a zero. They transported our vehicle from LA to Missouri. This was a month ago. The car had damage on the front bumper and someone taped it, then tried to spray paint and looks like they tried to cover it up. We got an estimate to fix it, sent it to insurance - have yet to get information from insurance on fixing the vehicle.

Poor service. EZH, Inc. did $2500 worth of damage to our vehicle. Inspection reports and photos were provided and EZH, Inc. has not made any attempt to do the right thing. EZH, Inc.'s insurance company has denied claim due to EZH driver failing to report accident within 30 days. Even though EZH driver had inspection report given to him at the California port where he delivered the vehicle, so there is no excuse. Horrible experience...do not use this company!
