I’m not new to Abour Face and I’ve never left disappointed. I’m always on my friends and family to spend more on skincare than they do on makeup. I’ve had hydro facials, diamond facials, Botox and I will continue to be a customer for as long as they’re around. I’m always treated promptly; the staff is friendly and atmosphere relaxing.

I recently went in for a consult . The staff is very professional and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They checked on me while I waited to see if I needed anything. My consult was with Mary. She answered all my questions and told me which services she recommended based on my concerns. She also squeezed me in to have the services done within the same week, which was much appreciated. Absolutely love them! The staff is always super friendly, nice, and accommodating. This was my first time ever doing injections and I immediately felt so comfortable and confident. I got a lip flip and love the results. My specialist only did what I needed and really worked to make sure I looked natural and was happy. I cannot wait to go back!

So basically they are saying that I should pay another doctor to pay for the dissolve services every doctor offers when you don't like the results. Sam is the owner and seemed somehow personally offended by my dissatisfaction. She was not even the injector.
They also have no qualms showing other patients pics and will talk openly to the other staff about your private visits. Total Hippa violations and bad practice in

This med spa is so cute and charming! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Chrissy treated my lips with Juvederm and I absolutely love the result! My lips look more voluminous but still very natural. I also had Botox during my visit. She is so talented and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process!

The place is nice and the staff was friendly; however, my Chemical peel was a disaster. I have more blemishes now than before. I have to admit going to About Face was a big mistake. I had a Chemical peel in the past at my dermatologist and had great results. I honestly believe About Face lack knowledge on dark skin. I'm very aware dark skin is complicated so I don't recommend people of color to have any care at About Face. Again, the staff was really nice but lack knowledge on colored skin. Now I will have to spend hundreds of dollars trying to clear up the issues I'm having with

I have always been impressed with how friendly and professional the staff is at About Face Skin. My recent visit was for a consultation with Chrissy who went above and beyond any expectations. She made me feel completely comfortable discussing the things I was hoping to change and provided a treatment plan based on what would achieve the desired results. I even asked about a procedure on an area and she directed me to a different procedure that actually costs less and would be more effective.
