I greatly recommend this auto body shop, they repaired my vehicle after an accident, and went above and beyond my expectations of buffing and filling door dings, where my door was keyed, and gave me a great deal on new tires and wheels as an additional service!

My wife’s X3 was backed into neighbor and the side was crushed in. At the recommendation of a friend, I had used Highway Auto Body for my own car several years ago when it was damaged in a parking lot and they did a wonderful job. For my wife’s car, they handled all of the insurance issues, including getting a higher payment when the damages were greater than initially believed. It was all seamless. I had a small accident 1 year ago and took my car for the repair there. Overal they did a good job but only after they found that my insurance would pay. They are not responsive and polite before they get the money. They charged my insurance 22k for a front bumper, and a bent hood. Yes they change everything. And yes they painted my entire car. The left damage on the roof glass. Their paint job chips easily if a small gravel hits your car on the road. They left the trunk of my car semi-open under the rain. They ordered parts after 2 months that my car was there. They painted my entire car to get

Jeff and team did an amazing job on my car, especially considering the damage done by the hit and run was not on smooth surfaces. Exceeded my expectations.
My 3rd time here in about 15 years and I will go nowhere else for bodywork even though I live about 30 miles away and plenty of good shops around me. Honest, courteous, and overall superb shop and team!

CAREFUL!! THESE PEOPLE PAY FOR THEIR REVIEWS!!! Please no one use this autobody service. I brought in my Tesla Model 3 a few months ago and did not get it back until 4 months later. Not only was there poor communication but when I got my car back, it was extremely dirty. I am honestly so shocked how they have such high reviews and that is why I used them. They literally bait you into putting your car with them and then charge your insurance a ridiculous amount - 27k... and then no communication. Honestly still scarred from this experience, I should have wrote a review before but please please learn

Friendly professional repair shop. The results of their work is exceptional. A true Tesla workshop. Mr Jeff and his staff were extremely helpful. Am very surprised by previous comment below... My Tesla Model 3 was repaired well and communication with Garage was spot on. Repairs were slightly high but that's what you expect from brand new professional repairs.My repairs were done ten months ago though I have taken time to write this review. My Red Model 3 was returned to me from the garage in a sparkling state. Thank you Jeff and staff for your professionalism.

Incredible people! The owner is amazing will do right by you and your car. He went out of his way to get me back on the road in record time with my Model 3. The entire team really delivered top notch service. Stellar work too. My car looks fabulous! This place will always have a special spot in my heart. When I am old and gray, I will be telling tales to my grandkids about how Highway Auto Body came to my rescue when my car was damaged!
