I took my car to Car Craft after a car accident. I was working with the other driver's insurer as he was at fault for the accident. There were many issues working with his insurer and I ended up going back to my own. However, throughout this whole process Car Craft was incredibly patient and professional with me as I worked everything out with the payment. I picked my car up today and was pleasantly surprised that the whole inside was cleaned and detailed and the whole outside was washed and waxed, including the tires and rims. Of course, the damage was repaired as well and it looks brand new.

I was involved in an accident where someone merged into my back drivers side door, and I went to them Three weeks ago to get a quote, its probably more about 4 weeks at this point. A guy came out and looked at my car then we went back into the office. I gave him all of my information, including email , phone number, registration ect...then he said he would email me with a quote..which was odd, because anytime I've ever gotten a quote for anywhere else,its been right away.
