My first quote with Dillo (empower) insurance was 134 my final quote was 201. I accepted the final quote and bought the insurance on 03/01/2017. My old insurance companies expire date was 03/16/2017. Since I had signed up with Dillo on the first I canceled the old one on the first. About a week later I received an email saying that since I canceled it before my expire date they removed the discount for having insurance for a full year so now it is 263. Doubled it from first quote. I now have changed my insurance again saving myself over 100 dollars.

Coming from a person who used to work in the insurance industry, what this company did to be is unacceptable.
Worst insurance experience possible. Actually, this is the worst service experience of any type I have EVER received. (Not to mention the sarcastic, smart aleck, pompous, completely unprofessional attitude of their people, including management.) Don't you dare question them on what you did or did not do previously.
Not only did my policy increase over 300 percent after the first month payment, but after speaking with multiple agents of theirs to cancel my policy after the first
