My experience using B &W has always been excellent. Linsey was very helpful in responding to questions about our order and the delivery process. Trevor and Andrew came out and took the time to to make sure the installation was done well. When the installation of our doors was halted because the contractor didn’t provide the sill plates, B& W had their fabricator make them the next day ,so not much time was lost to complete the job!

This company is very fake with their customer service. They do not return calls for weeks and refuse to admit when their employees make mistakes. I used them based on a previous recommendation when they were WinDor but B & W 's work is not the same. I had an expensive item scratched by their inexperienced workers (in addition to window frames) and their owners ignored the issues and will not take responsibility. Buyer beware before hiring this company.

B & W was top notch from beginning to end, and then some. It's refreshing to see and work with a business that still puts customer service as their #1 priority. A year after doing business with them, I had some issues with the middle panel of my 15 ft multi slide door . I was hesitant to reach out, because I didn't think that anything could be done. Much to my surprise, Lindsay jumped right in and got the ball rolling on getting my issue resolved without any troubles or headaches. It was almost to good/east to be true. Then Tony & Brian came out to do the "hands-on"

Please don't get your windows here. There are a million other choices that will save you time, headache, repairs and probably even money. The sale is, of course, the best part. They tell you what you want to hear and give you the attention you want. But after that, it's over. The customer service is horrible. The delivery time frame is super long. The return phone calls are don't exist, their delivery window is long and probably different than what they actually tell you, and if you work (which most people do) they are not accommodating. If you need windows/doors B&W is the way to go! I was working with three different companies. We went with B&W. You can go cheap, but thats what you're going to get. Cheap and rude people. Destiny in the office at B&W was super cool and friendly, Jeff H. is all you could ask for in a sales rep! Super cool and knows windows!! He went out of his way to help us figure out what we wanted. I am a returning customer, I used B&W / Windor at my previous house. I recently moved and needed to replace a slider and 2 windows. They duplicated perfectly to match the rest of the house. This is my third time using Windoor windows, now being installed by B&W. They have an amazing product and do an amazing job. I didn't even get competitive quotes this time. I know the price is fair and the work is superb.
