After several years of staying with the same insurance company, I decided to look into State Farm for the first time. Delia was the first one who answered. She made sure that my 4 vehicles were insured. Whatever questions I had, they provided clarity and were helpful. MONTHS after filing a homeowners claim for a bathroom fix, MONTHS after our upstairs bathroom was completely gutted and unusable. After sending ADDITIONAL photos, only then did they decide to deny our claim without reason. Our first claim, that we pay into every month, DENIED. Crooks I tell you.

I’ve been using State Farm for many years now. I’ve had to initiate my first claim on July 2021 due to a truck smashing my rear bumper while I was at a stop sign during AM travel. The whole process was easy and I was assisted by Mary and State Farm with my rental car, body shop repair and all follow ups during my claim. I’d highly recommend Mary and the amazing customer service that is provided with the insurance policy. No questions were left unanswered and I always get a follow up with any concerns. This is 5 star service and definitely the most ideal business model for anybody looking

My parents used this agency when I was a kid. When I bought my first car, then my first home, then another home, more cars, sold homes.....this agency has been there for me for all of it. I’m 47 now and have literally never had another insurance agency.
Years ago, Mary Parada took over for Joe VanPelt and has carried on the class act with grace. Bonus: I love that it’s a woman-owned business as now! I think that the same delightful souls works in this office that worked there when my mom used to drop off paperwork my dad’s business back when I was in high school. (Shout out to Ruth!) I know

Mary Parada and her team have always been great to my family and I! Ever since i was a child my parents have had car insurance though them. Now my sister and I also have car insurance w them as well. I remember buying my first car and looking around for insurance and being quoted ridiculous prices, my pops suggested i try here and they were able to beat all other quotes by about half the price. The team is really friendly and welcoming! It’s easy to see that they really care about their customers and try their best to work with them. Overall I don’t see myself or family ever switching over

The only insurance office I will recommend!! There are so many companies out there and offices that just treat you like a transaction, but everyone within this office operates with the highest integrity and sincerity when going over your insurance needs. Everybody's needs are so different, and they actually take the time to sit down and go over a risk analysis to determine what you actually need. Throughout the year I’ve noticed they also call and check on the policy to see if there’s any savings. They are very responsive and again, they are the only office I will recommend. 💓
