The Mindcore team is very responsive to our needs. There hasn't been a problem we've had that they haven't been able to solve, and solve quickly! During the pandemic we had to activate remote work stations on very little notice. They had us up and running in lightening speed. Their help desk is very responsive to day-to-day problems and always follows up afterwards to make sure the problem was solved to our satisfaction. Our sales person is always available to us, offering new software and other solutions which helps our business run more economically. I highly recommend the entire Mindcore team

1st let me start by saying our company has been using Mindcore IT Services for more than 7 years now. They are a very diverse IT Service They are local to us, but very rarely need to be physically be in our office. 99% of what they do can be handled remotely. Their cloud service is very reliable. We have never experienced any downtime due to their cloud services. Whenever we have other issues they are on it within minutes, including off hours. Our corporation has been a customer of MIndcore for years. I have no reason to switch to another IT company, Mindcore does it all! Their IT techs are professional, as well as friendly. Mindcore's team quickly resolves all IT / Email issues promptly and efficiently. Their pricing is competitive and management/customer relations is a pleasure to deal with also!
