I highly recommend CHD. Today was the first time I haven't hyperventilated in a dentist office(I'm absolutely terrified past traumatic experience), I'm happy to say it was best experience I've had. I completely love citrus heights dental. Only because they are the best dentist office I've been to I used to go to Western dental but they traumatized me and citrus heights dental almost completely gotten rid of that fear but I still close my eyes in the dental chair out of reflux they call it a trauma for a reason it takes time. but they have some of the best this people that worked on my mouth. The dentist people there can numb you and not make it hurt but with the needle I'm like they have their hands of gods okay even their dentist they be using that drill it's like one minute you're in the

I relocated to Sacramento from Southern California just before covid and it's been a while since my last cleaning. I'm happy to say that my experience with Citrus Heights has been positive.
My first procedure was a deep cleaning and beforehand, I was a bit nervous.
It has been a couple of years since my last dental cleaning. Zenia, the hygienist made sure that I was comfortable and the gum area was totally numbed.
I like this group. The rates are reasonable, all my questions were answered and everyone there was very pleasant.

Avoid this place if you can. All they do Is add on unnecessary costly procedures. Everyone who walks through that door needs a "deep cleaning". I went in for a regular cleaning the hygienist tried adding on laser and fluoride for an extra charge and when I told her no she got an attitude and rushed my "cleaning". she finished with in 10 minutes I waited longer than what she worked on me.

Word of warning: this dentist office will not see any patient without them signing a mandatory, blanket arbitration agreement, that forces patients to sign away any and all rights in the case of any kind of dental malpractice. This is bad policy, that is not only bad for patients, but it's also bad for dentists in that they are given leeway to get sloppy. Stay far, far away from any office, dental or medical, that forces you into a binding arbitration agreement before even taking you on as a patient. I had a dental issue on Sunday when most dental offices are closed. I found CHD on Yelp because they have a dental lab. I left a message & for a return phone call early Monday morning I was working but went in on Tuesday & my issue was fixed on Tuesday within a few hours! They were awesome! Everything was very clean & sanitary They give you clean pens to use for paperwork & clean everything after each use! I was impressed

I have been going to Citrus Heights Dental for years and the staff has always been wonderful! Amanda at the front is so very knowledgeable and so great at what she does. I had to be seen about 3 weeks ago due to some excruciating tooth pain. I saw Dr. Will for the first time and he was absolutely amazing!! He immediately identified the problem and thoroughly explain what was happening and what needed to be done. He got me scheduled to come back to start a root canal and crown prep. I called several offices to just get a referral for my 4 year old to a children's dentist. All I've called were booked, all too busy and all needed to see her before they can refer her out. So they need to see that she's 4? In pain? Then refer but only in 3 weeks?? Called and spoke to Tanya who said they will accept my child as a new patient just so they can refer her out asap for dental care. THANK YOU!!!!

I just wanted to let y'all know teach your " assistant " manner to mind there own business while patients are talking with there dentist never have I ever had a problem with anyone in there . So I'm confused on why one of the assistants was worried about what im telling my dentist about school & the different jobs im working and one of them was dog walking and out of no where she wanted to jump in our conversation throwing some kinda shade about the type of job I have walking off laughing I was just confused for a second cause I wasn't talking to her first of all

I don't appreciate how much they are here to hustle and perform unnecessary procedures on me! It really is a shame. The dentist told me I needed to get a crown for $2,000 and the Dentist I went to for a second opinion said NO WAY! Also the charges were very high even after they apply a "friendly discount". I didn't feel comfortable here as they made me seem like I needed $1000's of work. Even if I did, at least make me feel comfortable about it! The other dentist just took away $500 from me which was for a deep cleaning and a cavity fix. So simple and much less pain. I

I had an accident as a child that caused 8 teeth to be loosened and one that was lost altogether. I ended up with a porcelain bridge that desperately needed replacement 15 years ago. I finally lost a portion of the bridge and was forced to get it replaced.
