I called for the price and availability for a tire. I was given a price and told the tire would be in the following day.
Two days later I got the call that the tire was in.I asked how busy they were and was told they were not busy and could do the mounting right away.
When I got the bill their was a $2.00 charge for "tire disposal".
I hate to be nicked and dime'd. I will be going elsewhere for my tires in the future.

After calling several places for my tires I called Value Tires . I was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable gentleman . Immediately he said he had one tire I needed , but that he would call me right back and did just that . Tires were at a comparable price but the alignment was half the cost of most other places I called.

Hands down the best price for tires. I had 4 new tires put on and saved hundreds of dollars.
There were a couple of problems... I did not appreciate being told that they have my tires when I called for an appointment, just to find that once we got there, that's when they "order them". So, no they did not have the tires there.
Secondly, I also had an appointment for an alignment. Their "Alignment " guy was not there. The other mechanics would not do it. So after waiting over half hour, I asked the owner why the alignment is not being done, and he said he called

Easy experience when purchasing the tires in June 2017 , they told me I had warranty, never offered road hazard. Fast forward to January 2018, caught a nail in the tire. They told me I needed to have a certain paper in my car that showed I had road hazard on the tires. It was never offered to me so I was never able to purchase it. I work in sales so it would've been simple as just letting me know that I could've purchased it but of course , business is better when you get $15 for fixing every tire that gets something stuck in it. Never going here again

This is the best place I've ever been to the we're honest with me I am glad that I had took a Uber because if didn't I would still be looking for a good tire place I came in to change my tire they were very helpful they didn't try to oversell me on anything and I told him that I will be back do the fact that I had to change another tire two days later came back to get the other tire and they made sure everything was running well with the car if the theirs a way I could add more stars I would.

My experience of value tires has been great. I was in need of tires for my car because my current tires were smooth and they were able to order me tires and have them delivered by the next day to the shop. I came in I paid for the tires had them aligned I never paid more than what they quoted me and the experience was fast and just what I needed. They even gave me a printout of how my tires were aligned before and how my tires were aligned after the alignment to show the difference. I recommend them because what they quoted is what I got. I did not deal with Vinny so I don't know what that

Value Tire stay away. Blemished or out of round tires he will sell you and you will not know about it until you have another tire place check them for you. The owner at Value Tire balanced my new tires 3 times with in 5000 miles and still preformed badly. (new tires LOL). Need tires see Scott at OK Tires in Fort Lauderdale off of State Road 84 he will treat you right and sell you what you need. Value Tires is a very shady tire place.

If I could rate them lower I would. I got my tires replaced about 6-7 months ago, and I've noticed that they were already wearing down. I emailed Vinnie and he told me to come in no problem. So I came in and oh turns out he wasn't there. Ok whatever, it's lunch, I get it, I'll wait. About 20 minutes later he comes back, and when I ask him about them he got mad at me. If you want a cheap price and don't care if they scratch your wheels go here. They are fast, have a good selection, and have good prices.
The owner guaranteed he worked on thousand dollar wheels and had the equipment not to scratch them, this was a lie. I took 4 brand new wheels in boxes, their guys not only scratched the rim of each wheel but also chipped the face of one and then refused to repair or replace any. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I'll be trying the Division of Consumer Services next

Last year I came to this place to replace my 4 tires and do an alignment.
They gave me a receipt and after I left I notice it didn't include the alignment, so I went back and said they did it but forgot to charge me. So I paid $65 more. Neither receipt showed the milage of the car. Nor do they keep records.
I recently went to my regular repair guy and he said my tires were shot. Turns out the way they wore out shows they hadn't been aligned . I only put about 13000 miles on them and I live in West Palm. I called Value Tire but they told me to call Continental. Continental said that was
