I have been going to Tire Hut for over 30 years - always a stellar experience - until recently. I needed a fairly new tire that was purchased at Tire Hut patched due to a slow leak. Jerry charged me $42 to patch a tire, over double the going rate. He made and extra $20 on me and lost a loyal customer.

LUDDITE - SELF RIGHTEOUS - PREPARE TO WAIT. I got a set of tires at Tire Hut 3 years ago. I went back for their free tire rotation (at 6:45am, they open at 7). Jerry, the owner told me I'd have to wait for the 4 customers before me. I asked if there was a list or if I could make an appointment. He went on a tirade that it's first come-first serve, and he's been doing it that way for 40 years. A great experience. I called looking for a used tire in a not-so-common size. They actually had it at a great price ($50 vs. $200-300 new).
When I went to for installation, the manager was super friendly. Car was ready BEFORE I could finish my lunch at Popeyes across the street. And mounting and balancing were included.

I got an education today. Not all tire shops rip off single middle aged women walking into a shop by herself. I was ready to by a brand new tire and walked out paying nothing and a tip on how to fix a small nick on the side of my tire. Little things like this go a long way in a day where everything is turned upside down.

After previously giving 5 stars two years ago, I unfortunately have to now give 1 star. I took two tires to be mounted on two 16" Fuchs wheels. I thought it was a recipe for success... I'll remove the wheels so I don't risk any damage to a classic car. Unfortunately, it still didn't work out. My wheel was gouged by the owner and I was charged full price of $35 per wheel for mounting.
I found out about the damage WHILE I WAS PAYING as the owner said "oh I damaged your wheel". I found that to be less than courteous as it would have been correct to FIRST say "

I requested a price quote online on 4 tires, I got a response in under 2 hours from Jerry, the manager. He quoted me a price that beat almost everyone, but installation is included.
I ordered the tires at 7:30am, and he called me to say that my tires were in. I went in the next morning at 7:30am when they opened, and my tires were installed perfectly by 8:45am.
Jerry was friendly, honest, and did everything as promised. The next time I need tires, I will return to Jerry and Tire Hut.

Bought all new tires for my C5 Corvette in February. I'm totally satisfied with price, time for work, and knowing the work was done right. 100% recommend.
I made the appt for around lunch time at Jerry's suggestion so I could Uber downtown while they did the work. (Before Covid-19 shut all down). I also got a needed alignment - I normally hate getting them because inevitably there's a problem I have to go back for but not at Tire Hut! Everything was perfect!

I came here based on the recommendation of a friend that is very picky with his vehicles. Tire Hut did a great job. Gerry was honest and gave me a decent price on the tires. I ended up getting a whole new set. I filled out a rebate that he gave me from the manufacturer but I never saw the rebate in the mail. That is no fault of his. The service was fast and I trust his advice completely.
