We bought a townhouse condo through Lucas in April 2021. Lucas was thoroughly professional and exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the process. As an example, he fixed a malfunctioning garage door opener, and even paid for a toilet replacement, when the plumber hired to fix a problem did not perform. I would have no hesitation recommending Lucas to anyone looking for a pleasant and smooth sale or purchase experience.

Lucas is an incredible expert in the real estate market. My partner and I began looking for a house in January of 2021, in the middle of the extremely chaotic and competitive housing market.
