About Us Report

New England Real Estate Academy provides relevant, convenient, highly-acclaimed real estate classes for real estate brokers and salespersons. We offer pre license training courses, continuing education courses for license renewal, and professional development courses for sales and management development.

Class Calendar Report

Massachusetts requires completion of an approved 40-hour course to be eligible to take the real estate salesperson or broker exam. We are fully approved by the Board of Registration to offer the classes in the following formats. Combine the real time interaction with an instructor in scheduled webinar sessions and self-directed online sessions that include video, practice questions and guided assignments.

License Exam Prep Report

Our Online Review Course and Practice exams will test your knowledge and prepare you to take the State Exam with confidence! NOTE: These courses are designed for people who have NOT taken our courses and have completed a course with another school or students who are interested in a refresher class.

Continuing ED Report

Massachusetts Requires 12 hours of Continuing Education every two years prior to renewing your real estate license. We have three simple renewal options to make it easy! You can select one of our two 12 hour pre-package options or our new 12 Hour Continuing Education "Design Your Own Package". Choose a package.

Faq Report

Prior real estate knowledge is NOT required to participate in the real estate pre-license salesperson course. The basic distinction between a Salesperson and Brokers license is that a salesperson may not work independently nor have other real estate agents working for them. A Broker may work independently.

I initially invested a total of $105,000 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $830,000, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $25,000 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. I took the licensed MA Broker course this past year, and loved the ability to do so much online. The webinars were informative, and I liked the interactive live classes too. I have taken my online CE with New England Real Estate Academy twice now. It was so convenient and easy to use. I was able to watch the videos on my own time instead of being stuck in a room for 12 hours. I will never do that again! The material was well presented, easy to follow and tied into real life scenarios that I could personally relate to. Because of my awesome experience with this school, I also decided take my Broker Pre-License course here. Boy did the time fly by (40 hours) and my interest was held the entire time.
