After years of experience as engineers and consultants, we were frustrated by the lack of professionalism and lax standards of the contractors we worked with, and we knew we could do better. Since the firm's inception in 1999, founders Hirad Emadi, P.E., and John R. White have built ICS on the core principles of stringent internal standards, highest quality service, and value-added solutions.

However, as our team and our network have grown, we've applied our unique blend of technical expertise and practical experience and to meet other client needs in the areas of demolition, specialty civil and geotechnical construction as well.

Our highly specialized in-situ and ex-situ teams are independently staffed and equipped, allowing us to respond to client demands quickly and efficiently.
LAUSD engaged ICS to prepare this site by demolishing existing buildings and excavating, transporting and disposing of contaminated soil. ICS performed ex-situ bioremediation of over 130,000 tons of perchlorate impacted soils at a 996-acre former munitions testing facility in Santa Clarita, California.

This company hires ex cons who are violent when they are working in the area they block the streets they block the drive way and when we ask to move their car they threatened us started trying to fight my husband the supervisor came and didnt do anything these people are very improfessional and have nothing but low life thugs working for them
