Tom and his team are the best. They are transparent, honest, punctual, and efficient. Tom especially was amazing. He was very responsive and answered your concerns himself. No operator or in-between person who can't give you a response or will give you a delayed response to a question you have, whether scheduling or substantive. This was critical because I was coordinating multiple vendors and needed to make sure the job was going to get done so that I felt safe bringing my family home.

Tom and Kelly's team did a terrific job removing asbestos from my home. They were reasonably priced, very responsive, and did a terrific job. I was nervous about how disruptive and dirty my home would get but it wasn't bad at all. His team worked fast and left my home spotless after. Tom and his guys were incredible!! We had a huge exposed asbestos pipe running through our new (but old) home that had to be removed before we could move in. Right away he put me in touch with companies that could do the appropriate testing - then came out immediately after we got the results. The guys sealed up the rooms and made sure everything was safe before they started the removal. The guys were great! Arrived early, polite/respectful, wore masks, and explained the process. I called late afternoon on Friday to have the asbestos wrapped ducting removed from my attic. They were at the house on Saturday morning and had the job done quickly. We were getting quotes for asbestos removal in our house. Tom gave me a quote and information about what would be needed over the phone. As others have mentioned, his quote was the best, but that wasn't what sold me.
Tom called when he said he would and was prompt with responding to questions. He was professional and helpful.
The best part? I was supposed to meet his employee at the house to hand over the key at 8 am. I was there about 5 mins early, expecting to have to wait, nope. Eduardo was already there. He was professional, and explained what would happen. And then they finished early

Tom and his colleague Jonathan were wonderful to work with. Tom was very helpful over the phone (he answers after a single ring!) and gave me several names in order to get the asbestos testing performed throughout our 1951 house in Dana Point. (I didn't realize that because of conflict of interest, the testing and abatement needs to be done with two independent companies). Tom was professional, reliable, communicative, on time, and had a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I just had Ewaste Disposal do an asbestos remove of our "popcorn" ceiling.
From beginning to end Tom was very helpful. He connected us with a lab and then came out and did an on-site inspection of our home. Later that day we revived the estimate. Asbestos removal is expensive and I was actually expecting the quote to be a little higher than it was.
The results look good. It did take a little longer than expected, but this does happen with construction sometimes.
If I ever have to do this again I will definitely contact Ewaste again.

Thomas and his crew were very efficient and did a very good job of asbestos abatement in our home removing Popcorn ceiling asbestos. They were finished early and left the home in very good clean shape. I was new to the area and learning about the testing and process so was grateful to have Thomas explain everything and even give recommendations of the proper testing companies. I talked with a few companies but Ewaste seemed the most professional and they did not disappoint, they did a great job at reasonable price and I know our home is now asbestos free.

1) All his workers are professionally trained and treat your home as it were theirs!
