Plumbing: Water heater, TPR valve, TPR safety piping, interior faucets, interior drain lines, toilets, baths/showers, shut off valves, garbage disposal. Most inspections take three hours and cover 100 to 200 items, depending on the size of the home. We encourage potential homebuyers and homeowners to accompany us at the inspection property so that we can explain what we're looking for and any problem areas we find.

These guys are the best! They are professional and discuss issues in terms that are easy to understand. My husband and I used them for our home purchase and my mother did as well. Not only do Curt and Mat do a great job but they are down to earth nice guys. Do NOT get pushed into using a fly by night company that you don't know. Use the best, CTI Home Inspection!!!

Love the guys, they are great people to deal with. They found a plumbing problem in my new house which was a great help. However, I asked that they inspect my septic tank. They did a "dye test" which was negative. Shortly after moving into my new house (about 2 weeks full time) the septic overflowed. We had to replace the entire pump which the septic guy said was mostly likely broken for "a while". My wife contact CTI and they said that there was nothing they could do since all they did was a dye test. Not ideal service.

Great guys to work with! They have inspected 2 homes for me and did a great job inside and out. Their reports exceeded my expectations and allowed me to negotiate and make sure things were done and done correctly before purchasing. They also answered all of my questions promptly. Very professional and I would definitely recommend them!
