Inspecting homes and buildings is what I have done for 22 years. After 19 years of inspecting property for the insurance industry, I decided to start performing real estate home inspections for home buyers. I have achieved the Certified Professional Inspector designation from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors including 336 hours of combined classroom, field and online training.
I completed my live classroom training at the Internachi headquarters in Boulder, Co. My practical training was completed with Heartland Home Inspection Training in Indianapolis. I inspect homes and businesses in Evansville, Newburgh, Princeton, Vincennes, Washington, Jasper, and Petersburg areas. Buying a home is a big decision and a big investment.

Services
A standard home inspection is a visual, non invasive inspection of the accessible areas of a home (defined in the SOP) to identify defects in specific systems and components as outlined by the Internachi Standards of Practice. As a Certified Professional Home Inspector by the International Association of Home inspectors we perform standard home inspections to the Internachi Standards of Practice.

While being a first-time home buyer I did not know where to even start to have a home inspection done. JBM answered all of my questions on the phone and in person when he arrived to do my inspection. He showed us things and told us what he was looking at throughout the whole inspection. He was very professional in every aspect and we would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him if we plan to buy anything else in the future

Great communication and pricing. Joe was quick to make it out to the house, provided a very thorough inspection and was very helpful. Joe was quick to come and inspect a home that I was looking to buy. He was very thorough, found several items of concern that I hadn’t noticed in my few visits to this place. With his professional opinion, I was able to negotiate some key structural issues that the seller was able to fix. The wild part about this, the seller never noticed the issues and their home inspector didn’t catch it when they purchased the home. With Joe on your side, you’ll have peace of mind.

I really appreciate the thorough report he gave us. He was always very quick to respond. I would say he saved us thousand of dollars in future cost. We ended up not buying the house due to some things that Joe found. I highly recommend any person who needs an inspection done go with this company. I will be using them again in the near future.

Joe was excellent to work with. As a first time home buyer - it was a huge relief to work with someone that took their time and was beyond thorough to evaluate the home. We were there right at 4hrs - he took the time to explain what he was looking for - which gave e a sense of comfort.
