Roanoke Boutique Hotel
Roanoke Boutique Hotel was created from a love for Roanoke and the Blue Ridge Mountains. We're located in Greater Downtown Roanoke, a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Appalachian Trail, Carvin's Cove bike trail system, and the Roanoke River Greenway. The c.a. 1890 Italianate home is in the Historic District of Roanoke, a lovely walkable neighborhood cherished by historic home lovers.

We love the outdoors, so we can connect you to the best of the outdoor and downtown scene. Come visit the Heart of the Blue Ridge and hike or bike our trails, play in our rivers and climb our mountains! Raven's Roost is a modern master suite on the second floor, with a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with clawfoot tub and double sink.

The stay was great; very comfortable and perfectly located for biking and downtown restaurants/shops. We are exploring places with an eye towards possibly moving in the near future. Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable. Little Franklin was a fun plus. Highly recommend!

What a diamond in the rough. First time visiting Roanoke. The hotel felt like a home away from home. Comfortable space with a delicious breakfast. Diane can cook. Sweet potato with caramelized bananas for breakfast gave us a healthy boost to tackle McAfee Knob. Diane also made a great suggestion that we get on our hike early due to crowding. Plenty of cool places to drink and eat near the hotel. Hi Frankie...

We had a great stay there for one night! The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood but only about 5mins drive to the downtown area, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The owner was very nice and helpful on giving us suggestions/information about the town and things to do here. Room was clean and lovely, we had Netflix in our room too. I had to mention their breakfast too cause it was so good! Oh FYI they also have a super cute puppy in their house, he’s such a happy dog and very friendly to people.

Had a wonderful weekend in Roanoke staying at the Boutique Hotel! Diane was a wonderful host able to provide excellent suggestions to enjoy the area. The Beverly Suite was top notch offering privacy and all the comforts of home. Breakfast on the patio was the perfect way to start the day. I travel a lot and this is my new favorite hotel! Can't wait to return:)

Fantastic bed and breakfast style house just a few blocks from town easy walk to breweries and great restaurants. We stayed here for a mountain biking weekend and had a blast. The suite downstairs has a full kitchen and lots of sitting areas to hang out. Huge kitchen island for breakfast, great food every morning (I now have a cornbread addiction!). The covered back deck looks brand new with a swinging bed and an enclosed outdoor shower! There were bike hangers on the fence and a high pressure hose nozzle for washing the bikes after our muddy rides. Even a secure storage room for 5-6 bikes . Parking

My wife and I stayed in the Raven's Roost over Easter Weekend 2021. It was our very first experience staying in a true Bed & Breakfast. We're typically averse to staying somewhere with shared spaces, (She's a VERY light sleeper - ear plugs and a white noise machine do the trick) but the Roanoke Boutique Hotel has changed our minds!
If you’re reading this review, please consider a stay with Diane (Owner and Hostess) & Frankie (her sweet pup). The house is beautiful, spacious, quiet and in a great location.
Diane’s eye for design is just as amazing as her breakfast. Honestly, it's worth the

Beautiful home and Diane is a wonderful host who can cook! Breakfast was amazing, with brie on a toasted raisin bread, yogurt with fresh blackberries, and some vegetables. We stayed in Ravens Roost after a day of mountain biking, and it was very comfortable. We were also able to walk to a brewery and Tacos for dinner.

My husband and I were in Roanoke with our grandson for hockey. We stayed in The Beverley and it was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was a plus. Fun place to play cards! Diane prepared a delicious breakfast for us and we so enjoyed our conversation with her. Added bonus was Frankie, her sweet puppy. Our grandson has a new friend! We look forward to a return visit.
