Reed was born and raised and in Baton Rouge. In 2008 he was offered a position as Branch Manager of another staffing agency in the area. Responsibilities included sales, recruiting, and payroll. Always a people person, Reed became passionate about matching workers with jobs. He founded Tiger Labor & Staffing in 2013 with a vision to become the #1 labor provider in the Baton Rouge area.

As a locally owned general labor, warehousing and skilled trade staffing agency, we hand select workers ideally suited to your needs.
We check to make sure that we categorize jobs correctly for worker's comp and that every worker shows up on-site with the right PPE. And our workers do show. All employees are deployed from our office. They show up to get their assignments and are provided transportation to the job site as needed. We check in regularly to makesure our clients are happy, and our workers are being safe, hard-working and reliable.
We suggested they call us 24 hours ahead of time when deliveries were scheduled that would need unloading. We promised to dispatch workers in person to ensure they had the requested workforce on time. We took a tour of their facility to visualize task at hand and consult with the owner about important details.

I don't like they services the owner got ruid of my fiancee without him knowing. I will never refer anyone i know to their service and i also had a problem with them, so my fiancee and i will not be dealing with them ever again especially not me so they with alot b.s😒😒😒 and the commercial they have they lied also im just saying. I have been coming to this place for about 3(ish) months or so, and yes, I was not exactly happy because sometimes I did not go out, but that is on me, because I missed a day or 2 on repeats. If anyone is complaining because they are handpicking people, you are wrong. Simple plan, go there at 5:30, if you do not get a gig, come back again, and say hello to Rob and compliment the coffee, and trust me, you will find gigs that could lead to better pastures. I give this place a 5 star, only because I have worked for daily pay labor places on and of for 22 years, and this is a good one.

BEWARE
I used them for about 15 hours of general labor. Their employee pressure washed the wooden floor on our balcony and gouged the wood so bad that we had to turn all of the boards and replace 20 of them and repaint. This mistake cost me almost $1000 and all I got from the company was that they are not responsible for the quality of work.
THE ONLY THING I CAN RECOMMEND IS TO USE SOMEONE ELSE

I been coming to this place for years. They stay with new people working the back. The lady they have now she don’t know what shes doing she call me about a job that wasn’t true. The last ladies that was working there was so far one of the only ones who was on point now they gone I forgot the short black lady name she was always happy . I feel if they can’t keep steady workers in they own business how can they send folks out on other people jobs?! I own a small company and I have used Tiger Labor and Staffing to supplement our field labor when we were short staffed and also when we get bigger projects that just need more hands. These guys show up on time and work hard. Most of the laborers are looking for full-time employment and I have successfully acquired two long-term workers from this agency. If you apply at tiger labor staffing. The pay rate is going to be $7.50 - $9.00. The work is going to be general labor and whomever they contract you with. Is going to work you like a slave. Not worth the gas or the time. I advise you to get a customer service job. At any retail store. There pay starts at $8.00 and it's way easy.

I hired a 4 workers for my company from this staffing agency to help with a demolition job that I had. They showed up on time, had a professional appearance, and provided me with such good work that u went on ahead and used them several other times when I needed general labor.
