Here at GOOSE CREEK PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, our goal is ultimately save you time, reduce your stress, save you money and make things run smoothly while your property generates cash flow and increases in value. Carefully screen all applicants by completing credit checks, verifying rental history and wage and employment information.
A: Once you have viewed a property and would like to apply, you will need to complete our RENTAL APPLICATION and turn it into our office. You will also need to provide a copy of a current ID, proof of income (recent paystubs showing 30 days of income) and pay the non-refundable application fee(s). The application fee is $50.00 per applicant over the age of 18.

Took me a while to decide whether I should write a review on this company, but people should know what they are like. Poor experience with both the property and the staff. Those behind the desk are always incredibly rude (when they can be reached, which is rarely). Speaking to them is a privilege you do not deserve. The property itself was in very poor condition, with obvious corners cut at every opportunity (see photos attached). Clearly everything was done by the property owners, who must not have known what they were doing. Railings were extremely crooked, and must have been made by a person

This family company is rated NO STARS!! Very rude, unprofessional, don’t return calls nor answer the phone. They act like you are bothering when you have a problem unless they are getting their rent payment. Read the bad reviews. I had to go the the landlord who owned the house because I could get no where with this pathetic company. After several bad experiences, I am a very proud homeowner. BEWARE THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE BUSINESS BUREAU!!! DONT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM GCPMC!!!BEWARE!!

I’ve never lived in any apartment that had worse communication between tenant and management. If something breaks in the kitchen, they’ll say “use a different burner”. If the tub doesn’t drain, they might wait two weeks to fix it. They’ll say they’re going to pressure wash in two weeks, but then two MONTHS later, some random dude will just start grabbing stuff from your porch without warning, and only then do you find out that they’re finally pressure washing. Then they don’t actually pressure wash. (Oddly specific examples, I know.) If you’re a landlord looking to delegate

They manage my rental property with the utmost profession. They hold my needs and concerns as well as that of the tenents when assessing an issue with the most paramount of importance. I trust them to professionally handle any issue that would arise and offer me a solution to that problem that will get accomplished in a mutually reasonable amount of time and easily roll that into my statement, for easy accounting. My mother rented a property for 18 months from them and paid in full when she signed her lease. She moved out on April 30 when her lease ended and she cleaned the house and property the owners of the property spoke to my mom and said she left the house in perfect condition. My mom went to goose creek property management today they were extremely rude to her and kicked out a 70 year old lady from there office wouldn’t give her a pen or paper to leave her forwarding address for her deposit that they said they were keeping . BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL BE SEEING US IN COURT IF THEY DO NOT

We rented through them from May 2014 until May 2017. This was nothing short of a terrible experience. We continually asked for things that needed to be fixed since moving in and they STILL haven't been addressed. Not only this but we were also charged random fees and when calling to discuss they are never there. I'm truly glad our time with them has come to an end and the owner of our property has decided not to deal with them

We have just begun our lease with this company and so far GREAT experience. They have been good through the process and helped us get into a great home. We had our first issue with the garbage disposal going out. I think it took them a total of maybe 2 hours to get it addressed and looked at and are now replacing. Very impressive considering our last experience with a property management company (American Homes for Rent) which was a disaster.
