Called about a property, had my agent call about a property to go look at it. Janet Khuen assured my agent she would get back to us for a showing, Never happened. Poor follow up and poor professionalism. Don't say you will get back to a fellow professional and then lie about it. If your not going to call back don't mislead that person by promising you will return the call. Subsequently the property we wanted was sold two days after our phone calls. Shame on you Janet Kuehn.

Don't waste your time calling. I needed some help finding a home to purchase and wanted to call around to different realater agents to see which one I wanted to work with. With that being said I called southern breeze and the worst experience possible. The lady was disrespectful and beyond rude because I talked to another agent somewhere else. She never gave me her name or I'd put it in this review. Wish they had zero stars so I didn't have to rate it 1.
