This is my first review but felt inclined to do so after meeting with Eileen and discovering after the fact that she is highly unethical. Not only does she charge a high fee for her services but she also demands and receives “kickbacks” from all of her subcontractors that she works with. I spoke with a colleague of mine who has worked with Eileen and she was aware that she does this as well and told me she will never work with her again. I’m not sure if it’s illegal but it certainly seems unethical! I understand people need to make a living, but she is certainly doing a disservice to her

It is an absolute pleasure working with Eileen Gould. She has remodeled my guest house kitchen, three bathrooms, and rebuilt my main kitchen…which I just love, love! Eileen has a fabulous sense of design and decoration, and has guided us throughout the process, with her keen knowledge of construction. Her subs all provide a fantastic work product, directed by Eileen, who always delivers what is promised, in a timely fashion. The best!
