EGN Builders Group did a beautiful job of renovating our house and garage. The product and results themselves are without complaint. However, the experience of working with them has been better. They always communicate with us and very smooth process. Every step we were informed and help us give ideas to create a good outcome we want. Very professional and efficient. The materials and products used were truly excellent and of good quality. The finished product looks amazing and was done at a reasonable price. We are extremely happy with the job they did! We had a great experience working with EGN Builders Group for our home remodel. They completely remodeled our kitchen. They are fast while keeping a high degree of attention to detail. Although things really happened, we encountered a few hiccups, but it's all minor issues, and best of all, they were able to resolve them immediately. The whole job from start to finish was mindbogglingly fast. Our kitchen looks AMAZING.
Moreover, they took really intentional care throughout the process to protect our home, which we really appreciated! Their pricing is very competitive, considering the quality

So incredibly pleased, not just with the work that was performed, but also with the professionalism of their team. I have been through several contractors over the years, and I have never experienced such an incredible company. EGN doesn’t treat you like a dollar sign, and actually cares about their clients. Their attention to detail and quality of work, was more than I could have ever hoped for. Thank you to Erick and Art for treating us like family and creating the bathrooms of our dreams! Update review: EGN came to fix issues. I am still not thrilled as shower is still crooked(was not crooked prior to tile replacement) and job does not look professional but in fairness EGN did attempt to address my issues. I would not use them for a remodel in the future due to work does not look like a professional performed them but a do it yourself job. I do admire and appreciate the integrity of the company to come out to perform repairs, which is why I update to a 4 though workmanship is a 3 star.

I take posting a one star review very seriously. I never want to do it unless I feel it's entirely warranted. Here is an an accounting of what we went through. We contacted this group at the suggestion of a neighbor. They came to our home promptly and at that time it was the builders rep and the architect. We met with both. Discussed that our first need was a garage and if possible we'd love to add an adu. During that first month they were responsive and did ask us some questions about the project. But then came silence. They went in to get permits. We heard nothing during the entire

EGN constructor Gregory Austin King is a dishonest person. He took my most money and could not finish my ADU conversion job and abandoned my project. His Bond money already paid to other claim in July, 2020. Watch yourself! Never pay EGN with Cash or Check! Best advice is never use EGN as my experience went!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! The sales, design and construction teams were wonderful to work with. They took our single inspiration photo and helped us completely renovate our 25 year old kitchen and pantry. It's definitely our favorite space in our house now! I wanted to especially call out the owner, Erick and our project manager, Art. These two gentlemen were incredibly caring and treated our home and this project as if it was their own home. It wasn't just a renovation to them, it was about building a relationship and always ensuring we spoke openly with them

I am currently in the process of doing an entire ADU from a garage .
I read recent reviews both good and bad and I'd like to share mine !
So far I have seen no subcontractors!
Initially communication was less than desired!
Upon my request that quickly changed.
I myself am in the general contracting business and so far I can't say enough good things about how this company does its work..
Pricing is fair and work and attention to detail exceptional!
I'll report again in 6 weeks..

We just had two bathrooms completely remodeled including all new sewer lines, lighting, insulation, complete new showers, sinks, toilets, and fixtures.
It took a long time but the end result was worth it. Thank you to Samantha, Chencho, Jonathan, and Daniel for making this remodel experience a great one. I would definitely recommend EGN builders for my next project.

I had the pleasure of working with EGN last fall on my kitchen update. They were very enthusiastic about the project and it was easy to get ahold of them through the whole process. I was never left wondering or worried about where things were in the process. Everything from consultation to execution was done perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Initially, I was quite impressed with EGN Builders Group. We were looking to transform a closet into an office, and EGN was one of the first companies I contacted. Someone answered right away and seemed confident and eager that the company could do the work for us. Representatives were sent a day later to come check out the space and gather the info necessary to provide a quote.

EGN was the easiest company to work with. The materials they used and their way of working is beyond expectations. I didn't have no down time,no headache, my protect went so smooth. I did have to stressed out about anything. They took care of everything. They took care of the paperwork in the city and also help me finish a project that another builder left unfinished. Their price was very reasonable. This company was so good that I can go on and on. Without even thinking it twice I will hire them for my next project.

I'm lowering my previous 2-Star review to a 1 Star rating. (If there was a zero, I would certainly apply it!). Mr. Sarkisyan, VP of Marketing reached out to me in earnest to attempt to recover the poor professionalism that was demonstrated from their first estimators (which are no longer with the company - the only prudent action taken by this company) and respond to my initial review. However, after several days of waiting for a finalized estimate, Mr. Sarkisyan went silent and didn't provide the final estimate to proceed with this project. I’ve now used EGN for two separate bathroom remodels and I’m very impressed with ten quality of their works. I’ve heard some crazy stories about contractors in the past but they have always given me an extremely positive experience. On top of being highlighted skilled and honest they are very reasonable when it comes to price. I will continue using them whenever I can.
