I've been going here for years and all I can say is excellent service, teamwork, and I have the best nail and lash technician in the world! I am a bi-weekly customer of Jenny's and I love this place! Though Jenny is my go-to nail tech, the entire staff is like family. I am always greeted with warm welcomes and expedited service every time I visit.

This salon made it very difficult to do business. The lack of payment method options is ridiculous in 2021 and indicative of a poorly ran business. In additional to the minimal payment options, the attitude was the staff was less than enjoyable. I understand that the salon does not accept reservations, but assisting being rude about salon availability is no way to attract and retain customers - no wonder the business was practically empty. Lastly, the nail tech that serviced me did a poor quality job on my nail! I had little choice due to the extreme rush that I was in, but upon later review of

Today was my first time visiting this salon and I must say I’m very impressed. The young lady did a very excellent job on my gel manicure and I also got the deluxe pedicure. A bit pricey but overall you get what you pay for. Safe to say since I’ve been to Georgia which July made a year this has been the best one. She knew exactly how to shape my nails without no problem. I left feeling happy and not just like I wasted $100 for nothing. I will be going there from now on, finally found a spot .

Came to repair nails another salon messed up. The first red flag was asking me to pay first... which btw 3 people walked in after me and they did not ask them to pay first. So I assume that they discriminate against young black women. None of the older women paid before their services, in fact, one older lady paid right before she walked out of the salon. Second issue, When trying to explain the shape that I wanted ( the same shape as the other nails that didn’t need to be fixed) the lady told me I can file the nails myself because she was doing it wrong... wow .... when she was done the 5 nails

VERY unsanitary establishment, someone had just recently got up from a pedicure and she tried to tell me to sit there. Then she tried to use the same tools from the lady that had just gotten up on me. The nail files had all been used there wasn't a fresh set opened in front of me or anything. Nothing was set in sanitizer and she didn't even try to clean the bowl even though there is a plastic bag it should have still be cleaned as there are sometimes holes. I wouldn't ever come back here again and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Lame. Dirty. Rude. They refuse to tell you how long the wait will be "5 minutes or more" is their pat answer whenever you ask.
When they told me to take a seat, I was happy it only was a 15 minute wait. But there was no one at the pedicure station and no water in the bath. I waited 5 minutes then asked again how long it would take. "5 minutes or more" was the answer. I asked them to clarify: an hour? 30 minutes? Since the place was dirty (and the polish choices old and covered in what appeared to be dust) I left.

I was just driving by and saw the location, so I decided to get a pedicure. It was a small older place but I figured you can’t do bad just for a pedicure. But looks can be deceiving. They were great. There was no wait and they follow the Covid protocols. I don’t know my technicians name but she was friendly and gentle. She made me feel very relaxed and took her time. She took care of my feet and legs as if I were in a spa. When I am in the area again I will definitely come back.

I always like coming here. I never wait a long time and the techs are friendly. Today my chair was "haunted" it kept moving forward and backward and up and down on it's own. I get the spa pedi always for the massage. This messed up my message as I had to cut it off. I definitely wouldn't have paid $35 knowing the chair would malfunction. THE LOCATION WAS G/7.
The tech did a great job. Her massage was soft not too hard (too hard hurts for me) the hot towels were nice and I wanted to treat myself.

If you want a quick and COVID 19 cautious service, this is the place. However, the tech informed me that a regular pedicure was $35 versus $25 (where it says it on their price list on the wall.) You also have to pay in advance cash only or cash app due to "previous thefts". I've made my decision on what nail salon works best for me but unfortunately this is not this place. Nevertheless, the tech did well on my gel nails and I was out of there in an hour.

Fast and efficient with my mani/pedi/eyebrow wax. I loved that I wasn't there all day because I have stuff to do. They had one person working on my pedi and another on my dip ombré mani at the same time. Great system and great work. My one complaint would be about not getting the lotion/hot towel treatment on my hands like I received with my pedicure.

I've been servicing this nail salon for years,always a great welcoming atmosphere. They all do great work and do their best to satisfy your needs. Kevin the owner is very personable and funny. My favorite is Vincent and he does the bomb work and gives you what you want and is always catering to whatever you need. He even stayed late one time and did my nails and then walked me to my car. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The nail technician thats sits at the number 9 station is rude. When I pick a color she told me the color was to loud indicating I am too dark for that color which is discrimination and my nails acrylic was extremely thick and shaped irregular. This was my last and first time coming here. I will never give my business or money to an unprofessional business as this one. Don't waste your time or your money.

This place is a local gem. It's tucked away behind some fast food restaurants, nestled in between a now closed grocery store and a few other stores in a strip mall. Free parking is always a plus, and I always see a police officer patrolling the lot. The shop is spacious and clean, and they have a variety of options, whether you like gel, SNS, acrylic, etc. My favorite part is the massage they give during the service! Their work is extensive and thorough, and their prices are area standard. Jenny is my favorite. My only takeaway is that some of the staff are very rough, physically speaking

No. Just don't. I should report this place. I don't believe these ladies have proper ventilation or an adequate amount of breaks. The woman who did my nails was suffering from asthma and high blood pressure. I could see the pain on her face as she struggled to do my nails. I felt awful. I don't like it. It was very sad. I will never go back and would not recommend at all.

I have been an loyal customer for 5years and have seen this place grow to the success it is today. The nail techs there become friends. (Great customer service) Everyone I have ever referred there or beyond satisfied and continue to come back. Their work is excellent! I luv my nails and I get compliments ever where I go. To all the staff thank you for the great customer service and my beautiful nails.
