It’s only been ONE week since I got my nails done (by a lady there thats works at one of the seats in the very front) & now they’re broken. ITS ONLY BEEN A WEEK YALL! This was my first and LAST time going here. I called to tell them and the receptionist that answered the phone said AND I QUOTE “Well I’m sorry and I understand but they may charge you because of the shops policy.” MY NAILS ONLY BEEN DONE FOR A WEEK! So, i came to Lush Nail bar late Monday night after coming from a different shop. They accepted me as late as 7 knowing that they were going to be closed. I explained my problem with my nails and Sonya reassured that she would get me right. I asked for blue marble on 2 fingers on both hands. The lady that did them first didn’t do a good job at all. I told her I didn’t like it and if she could change them. She responded” it’s too late. “ Instead of her doing the whole set over, i asked could she just turn the blue nails white. Friendly… and convenient. Happened to be in the area for something else and decided to give them a try. Sonya was great and professional. She was able to duplicate the picture I provided. One suggestion I would make is to have prices set for design and length and not leave that up to each nail technician. I understand the price for a full set and the gel polish. . . but the non-specified price for shape and design, I would have liked to know up front. Overall, job well done. (I am going to assume the price hike is because of location).

You cannot ever go wrong with Sonya! She’s been doing my nails for a while now, and I love every set. She takes her time and is a complete perfectionist. Very friendly and sweet, she’s happy to try new techniques I want, and isn’t content until it looks just right. I know with Sonya, I’ll always leave with a nail set I’ll be happy to show off!

DO NOT GO HERE if you want anything slightly creative. If you don’t mind being treated like an inconvenience because the staff does not listen to you when you tell them, and show them, exactly what you want... this is the place for you. I paid $200 for nails that are not smooth at all, polish is heavy in places and VERY light in other places. I had… clumps of acrylic under my nails that the nail tech didn’t even bother to clean... and don’t get me started on his huffing & puffing throughout the whole service. Not to mention how FILTHY the place is.. even for a nail

I have been a patron to Lush Nail Bar Atlantic for several years. Most of the Technicians are really great and do a great job for the post part. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating when I… arrive. However, during this Pandemic their prices have increased at least by 50%. Example of my what I was charged yesterday. I went for a fill-in, no repairs/replacements of my nails. I only have acrylic as an overlay, no tips as my nails grow amazingly. I have acrylic but I have gel polish so the cost was $42 plus $5.00 charge to cut down my nails, plus tax. My total bill was $56 and
