Select Case Management Services is dedicated to assisting companies in containing their worker's compensation costs through the provision of comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Professional rehabilitation services at the onset of injury/disability provides the employer and the insurance company a measure of control through access to detailed medical diagnosis/prognosis, time frames for rehabilitation and return to work and assures timely and appropriate medical care and treatment.Early intervention of case management services prevents short-term injuries from becoming long-term problems and/or permanent disabilities.
Services
Medical Case Management Services are the initial steps taken in a case to secure a positive rehabilitation outcome through monitoring of the medical aspects of the case with the goal of returning the injured employee to the original employer. This service provides all interested parties in the injured employee's rehabilitation with the medical information needed to effectively manage the case.
At Select Case Management Services, we realize that there are times when workers are not able to return to their previous job and the restrictions are such that they cannot be reasonably accommodated at the current employer. In these cases Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) are needed to return the injured employee back to work.
Comprehensive Early Return To Work programs have proven to be highly effective in containing and reducing the costs of workers compensation. Select Case Management Services provides assistance to employers in developing an Early Return to Work program that is designed to facilitate the earliest possible return of injured workers to the workplace, to perform meaningful, productive work within their physical capabilities.
Vocational rehabilitation services are often seen as separate from medical case management though the goals are the same, to return the injured worker successfully to work.

Vocational rehabilitation should be, according to 7110.10, instituted "when it can be reasonably determined that the injured worker will, as a result of the injury, be unable to resume the regular duties in which engaged at the time of injury, or when the period of total incapacity exceeds 120 continuous days, whichever first occurs."
