I was out of town for a work event and thought I would try to fit in a class before wine tasting today. The place was super cute with a small intimate feel. Savannah was teaching and she was so sweet and friendly as well as helpful. I understood today would be a slow vinyasa class but it was much slower than I thought it was going to be. I checked my watch and we were still sitting on the floor breathing and we were 20 minutes into class. Although I did get some stretching. Between the high tempo of a violinist cd and how bright it was inside I was not able to fully relax. I definitely noticed

I love this place! I have felt so welcomed and all instructors have accommodated for injuries I deal with. The environment is friendly and calming. They do diffuse essential oils, so if you have a sensitivity you might have a rough time, but it is veeery subtle. I've been going for about 2 months and I don't know if I could go anywhere else. Definitely recommend for anyone, all body types and abilities!

We love this place! Amador Yoga has great instructors and sometimes run membership specials which are an added little bonus. They offer more than just a place to practice a guided flow, they are helpful with pose/posture correction and modifications to get the most out of your practice. Sometimes a message is delivered during final rest which further deepens our connection to everything during our practice.

I met Bianca about 4 years ago and been following her beautiful journey of life ever since. I am super proud to know her as her sense of community is top notch and her teaching technique is something which really suits with my expectations. I had to skip a couple of years of classes due to babies etc. but being back just feels amazing. Knowing that her skills and teaching method evolved so much more than when she started is a drive itself to keep me going and do yoga whenever my time lets me. She is super supportive and helpful. Her place is wonderful, calm and filled with lots of good energy.

I was in town visiting my parents and signed up online for two drop in days. The process was easy and the price of $10 per drop in was great. The yoga practice was fantastic. Both times the teacher was personable and warm, and helped people correct their posture or pose when needed. I felt comfortable as a semi-newbie and got a great workout. There seems to be a great tight-knit yoga community at this studio, but I also felt welcome as an outsider. Thank you!

I love this place! It really is an "Om away from home".
Shannon, the owner, is wonderfully attentive and in tune with this community. Her studio provides a place of peace and well being, joy and loads of fun. There's special events all of the time, like the one coming up for Sound Healing. The Tahoe retreat is amazing, and the local events are a blast as well. There's often yin or glow flow events at the local vineyard, among other things like hiking/yoga and fundraisers.
The studio is always clean, with cubbies and extra mats if needed, blocks and straps, as well as towels

I absolutely adore Amador Yoga and it's founder, Shannon! I haven't been in a few months because I've been in school, but now that I'm done I'm ready to go back! Shannon is an AMAZING yoga instructor and she truly believes in everyone that she teaches; because of her I've become more comfortable, confident, and in touch with my mind, body and soul, and because of Amador Yoga I've learned that I can do things that I never even imagined I could do. The classes are full of amazing people, they have the most incredible instructors, and the events they host are so

The things yoga has done for me (especially mentally!) are astounding! Even more so what it has done for my son is even more priceless. He is 4, special needs (Pitt Hopkins syndrome) and doesn't walk yet- I started taking him a couple weeks ago and he loves it!!! I help put him in the poses and he has so much fun with it and being with the other kids (you can tell by the joy on his face!). We saw his kaiser therapists yesterday and his physical therapist and occupational therapist were so impressed by some changes they already see in his body, muscles, and tone in certain areas and attribute
