After trying to reach them a gazillion times on their Mumbai address no. and delivery communication manager Vaibhav (both on WhatsApp message and on call) as well as reaching out to their ticketing helpline, I seem to have still not received my due payment in my account. It says that the product had already been delivered to the said party, then why is it taking over a month to give the due payment. Was it a truck to take our product and never give money for the same?

If I have option i would give negative rating. Product picked up in 5 days and then you taking 7 more wotking days to reach to you then you will deliver . On whatsApp helpline you reply in 2,3 days ... I never recommend someone to busy product from here Payed online for a phone 10 days ago and no resonse till now, even today no reply on whatsApp
