In the LTL trucking industry, cross-docking is done by moving cargo from one transport vehicle directly into another, with minimal or no warehousing. In retail practice, cross-docking operations may utilize staging areas where inbound materials are sorted, consolidated, and stored until the outbound shipment is complete and ready to ship.

Not a good experience with this company i had my waterheater break down .. No one would show up like they are suppose to.. We called again and agin and then they told us it would be fixed the next day.. My closet got flooded with water still no one showed up the only exuse they had was we have u down someone will show up soon! I dont recommend anyone to get service from them
