Frist thing I want to say entertainment express limousine is very friendly. 2nd thing that came to mind. The bus was nice and clean very very clean lights were great. It even had the new car smell inside the bus. Air conditioner was on point mind you this was a humidity day the day I booked it. Over all the service is spectacular. The driver jim was excellent and very professional. 👏 👌 will definitely book again with Jim. 👍 thank you !

They have a nice variety of cars , however Walter is very unprofessional and deceitful. When we first called and inquired about the 2 rentals we wanted . They informed us they had in stock, the party bus we were looking for and a 2017 Rolls Royce Phantom. Because of the quote we received over the phone we decided to take a trip from NY to NJ to view the rentals . When we arrived Walter mentions the RR is a 2015 . Luckily my fiancé knows his cars, and informs Walter that is not a 2015 . Walter proceeds to admit your right it’s a 2013 Rolls Royce. ( let’s be honest it’s a 2009) The year of

My friend rented a party bus for her birthday to transport us from New Haven to NY for an event. The bus was a hour late, If you are not familiar with this area the traffic is crazy on the weekend starting from Friday. Then the bus didn’t have any a/c the bus didn’t even have outlets for us to plug in a fan. Even though the ride was extremely hot we still made the best of the ride. When we got to NY we missed the boat ride. This company did not have any compassion or remorse that we missed our event that my friend planned for her bday. I would not recommend this company if you have a event
