Car was decent but driver was rude and inconsiderate. We had a pick up from the airport and he was late and then parked in the middle of the street and didn't want to walk over to get our luggage. Then he did not open the doors for us on pick up or drop off at home. Then what was extremely infuriating he left out bags at the base of the driveway and pulled off. Never have I had such a sorry excuse for a car service in my life! I returned from TCI and every taxi driver there was 100 times better than this guy and charged one tenth of the price. Left us stranded. Had prearranged for service from hospital in NYC and called to confirm it half hour prior to pick up time. Was waiting about 10 minutes before. Called at pick up time and told car was close, would be 6-7 minutes. 15 minutes later called again, told car was 15 blocks away. Called 20 after that, told there was a problem with driver, please hold. On hold for 15 minutes. Called again same guy put me immediately on hold without speaking to me (it had been previously made clear they had caller id) Waited another 5 minutes and gave up. Will NEVER use them again.

I've used this car service a few times. Theyre a bit pricey but in a pinch, it's worth it. The cars are clean and most of the drivers are polite.
I've only had two less than positive experiences. The first was when a car that had been booked for a group of 7 showed up late and the office staff told me every 10 minutes that the driver would show up in 5-8 minutes. The second was when I used their service to get me to work, this particular driver entered address in GPS, but didn't follow any directions. He added a full 20 minutes to my trip. And on top of that, when I paid with
