Instead of scheduling me for the more expensive procedure, Dr. Tresley suggested Sculptra. He was so right. I have one more treatment, but can already see a huge difference. Following a one-year internship, Dr. Tresley did a three-year residency in ophthalmology and then an intensive one-year fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Excellent results! I had a cyst inside and under an eyebrow. My first opinion from another plastic surgeon was unacceptable, as I was told my eyebrow would definitely be changed. Dr Tresley process as he explained it, is different and offered better results. He did an excellent job by cutting into an existing crease in my upper lid, so the scar disappeared. Tresley was the first recommendation on the referral list from my primary care physician, and my primary was right.

Poor customer service. Never refunded my $150 consultation fee that I cancelled months in advance. Have been getting the run around with the billing department for over a month now. I've called multiple times and am told the refund is confirmed, yet almost 2 months later of this, it is still yet refunded. Due to this poor experience with the office and billing department, I'm deterred from seeing the doctor.

I've debated long and hard whether to leave a review or not, as one doesn't necessarily want to air their cosmetic surgery blunders publicly, but...after 3 years, I've decided to go ahead. I had a lower blepharoplasty in 2018 with Dr. Tresley. The experience itself was fine. He was personable and professional and my experience with his office staff was fine. The issue was the quality of the work. I was told that it would take a year to really settle, and it's been 3 years now and I was never really satisfied with the result. I am very happy that I found Dr. Tresley. I needed surgery on my eyelids, I wanted an experienced Dr who I could trust with my vision and well being. I put myself in great hands. Dr. Tresley is the right person to go to for this for sure. I love how I look, I get told I look years younger and who doesn't love that! My photos are from 2 months post op, I am 60 years old and love my new eyes! If you are thinking your eyelids are heavy and the drapes are closing, call Dr. Tresley you will never regret it!

Wonderful doctor and staff. I was very nervous to get injections but they took excellent care of me. The results are phenomenal! Just days after receiving fillers under my eyes, I was getting private messages on a work Zoom meeting telling me how great I looked! Cannot say enough about Dr Tresley and his wonderful staff!

My eye doctor referred me to Tresley for removal of a tiny skin tag. He told me the procedure would only take two minutes. And it did! And then Tresley charged my insurance company $975, of which I owed the $500 deductible because Tresley called it "surgery." The worst part is that his office wouldn't even have the conversation with me about how it was "surgery." I was told if I didn't pay, it would go to collections. Now I understand why he has the super deluxe offices and staff, all just for himself. He's what my deceased mother would call a "shyster."

My experiences with Dr. Tresley have been excellent thus far. I had an upper blephaproplasty (eyelid lift) performed under local in December of 2019 purely for cosmetic reasons. I chose him specifically for this procedure because of his extensive credentials and experience on this particular surgery. I would never trust a general plastics doctor to work on my face. I have shared pictures of my eyes with several online plastics review boards and everyone has commented on how natural they look ( apparently some surgeons overdo it ). I first went to see Dr. Tresley because of an issue I had with my right eye. I had a sack under my right eye that looked somewhat like a black eye and a very heavy sack that encompassed my eye and cheek. I've been dealing with this for quite a few years!! Please read this before considering Dr. Tresley. My experience with him has been absolutely traumatizing and my life has not been the same for the last 6 months. Here is a little breakdown of how it went. On 9/3/19, I had surgery for an orbital bone fracture. Dr. Tresley was referred by my ophthalmologist (which I will tell him not to refer him anymore). On, 9/6/19 I ended up in emergency room in extreme pain and I couldn't open my eye. It was scary and I scheduled to see Dr. Tresley for the first "post-op" visit on 9/9/19. MUST READ BEFORE YOU SEE THIS DR. Hector C., if I could give this doctor 0 stars I will do it, but I will not be able to post this review. On early november last year, I went to see this dr. to see if he could lift my lower eyelids because I have sclera show in both eyes, but it is more noticeable in my right eye. So he told me that he could do it but he would need to put tarsus grafts implants in both lower eyelids. Then, his surgical coordinator, Tae, convinced me to do it because according to her " he will never do something to you that he feels that he is not capable to do".

If you want a $9000 eye job done with bumps left on the lower part of your eye... this is the DR to go to !!!!! After paying $9000 for a procedure, that wasn't supposed to need a follow up to complete the procedure, Dr wanted to charge an additional $350. As in upstanding Dr in this field, with "a good reputation ", one would think he would have done the job right the first time,or at LEAST completed it at no charge!!! $350 is ALOT of $ to us( we struggled to get the $9000 together to have the surgery to start)During this whole ordeal... the office staff was sooo unprofessional and

I went to Dr Tresley for fillers and injections. The results were horrifying ! Without getting into specifics - please be very very careful using this doctor for injectables. This is NOT his specialty. And he will deny deny deny his lack of talent in this area and tell you how wrong you are - all while you look like a lumpy freak!

Went today to my oldest son's appointment with 4 young kids (2 of them are active toddlers). Came in time, paid for the appointment and was asked to wait additional 20min for our appointment.
We were waiting for an hour and when I got tired of waiting, running after my toddlers and keeping them quite I approached the front desk and asked when we is our turn, I was advised at least for another hour as there are were two emergencies.
I was so upset as they saw me really struggling to keep my kids sitting quietly in the small waiting area with other patients. I asked my appointment to be rescheduled

I'm 70 years old and I've had heavy bags under my eyes and droopy upper lids for at least half of my life. Most people didn't notice because I always wore glasses...but I noticed...every time I looked in the mirror or saw a photo of myself.
It was finally time to look and feel the way I always wanted to.
He had been highly recommended by two physicians and there was no skepticism on my part. The surgery took 3-1/2 hours under local anesthesia. I had minimal bruising and only slight swelling. No pain post-op. Not even an Ibuprofen.
