I recently saw Dr. Speron. I never heard of him before! (almost 5000 5 stars?? Wow!! I was diagnosed with angular chelitis (Infection, inflammation of corners of the lips). We were told the consultation would cost $100. We just received a bill for almost $500. His advise was very impersonal and I felt he was talking about a completely different diagnosis. I just saw a dermatologist who also immediately recognized my condition and recommended a possible minor cosmetic surgery since I've been suffering from this for several years. Dr. Speron might be an excellent surgeon but I wouldn't go back to

I called on Thursday to inquire about skin tag removal. I spoke with Meghan who quoted me $300 total for the removal of up to 10 skin tags. I called back on Friday and made an appointment for Tuesday and confirmed the price with Ann. When I showed up for my appointment the receptionist added an additional $100 as a consultation fee. I told her that I had called twice and was told that it would be $300 both times. A consultation fee was never discussed and the appointment was for the removal of skin tags on that day. They asked me to wait while they discussed the consultation fee for twenty minutes

The front desk staff is great, they are always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that your visit is goes smoothly.
The nurses are wonderful. I am about a month post op and have had a few nurse visits for aftercare. They are not only friendly and compassionate ( I am a baby!), but they are thorough and skilled.

I've mentioned Dr. Speron in my RealSelf posts several times. My review is not about med spa or laser treatments.
I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with him as a surgeon and with his staff. I came to him following an awful experience with another plastic surgeon in Chicago which left me feeling deformed and botched and totally abandoned as a patient.
My first surgery (Dec 2020 @ JW) was so horrific that I was basically in tears the two or three times I met with Dr. Speron prior to making the decision to have a revision surgery performed. I'm guessing he was probably concerned that

Very clean and bright environment upon walking in. Front desk staff was very friendly. I went in to get a treatment, and Mary Pat was my esthetician. She was very professional, fun, and knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of recommendations about upkeep of my skin as far as services and products went. She had a very light touch and after finishing my skin looked flawless and bright. Definitely coming back and checking additional services out.
