Very reasonable prices, honest assessment of the problems, no upsell tactics. John and his crew went beyond the call of duty to get my Fiancé's 2006 Honda Element rolling again. It's rare to find a shop whose work quality an ethics are as high as Laid Back garage! This will definitely be my go-to shop for my fleet.

My dad had a thumping noise every once in a while coming from the Ram 1500 that he just bought from a dealership. I put a Go Pro up under the truck in a few locations to try and determine the source. I could not see anything. That same day my dad asked if I should take the truck to John Orbe. I told him I trust his experience. John is great at his job.

Had an unknown issue with my truck and needed it in a hurry. They had it diagnosed and repaired in less than two days even with a hard to find part. Given the circumstances, they could have pushed for several problems and my hands would be tied. Honest, professional, and reasonably priced.

My car needed some major work done with the AC and some other minor things. Laid Back was quick to figure out what was making my car sound like it was on Mario Kart! AC compressor was on the verge of death and they got it and my belt replaced just in time. Along with some leaking and spark plug action, everything was done quickly! I appreciate the work done and the fact they explained everything along the way. Definitely recommend!!
