No matter what issues may come up during your stay, at Nazareth Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are prepared. Convenient and accurate on-site diagnostic services are performed at Nazareth Health. Your health comes first at Nazareth Health. Our knowledgable and experienced staff offer consultations to allow you to better understand the treatment and care options available.
When I arrived at Nazareth I was afraid and didn't know what to expect but they made me feel safe. I had several falls at home and was unable to get around on my own. After working with my friends in the Therapy gym, I'm strong enough to return to my home independently. The staff treated me like family.
We understand that being away from home is hard. That's why we've created a nursing and rehab center with all the comforts of home. No matter how long you stay with us, our kind staff will make sure you are able to take advantage of the amenities we offer and the friendly atmosphere here at Nazareth Health.

Working with staff at Nazareth is effortless. Kelly, the social worker is always two steps ahead. Staff is always welcoming and attentive every time I walk through their doors. My working relationship with this facility has been nothing but great. I look forward to our continued work together. Wonderful customer service at the check-in desk. So happy to get to see my Aunt in-person. The safety precautions with temperature screening, mask and face shields provided is very worth the ability to visit in the rooms. Please keep your face shields and bring them back to re-use to save $$. My Aunt was elated to have visitors. Thank you, Nazareth for taking great care of my Aunt during the pandemic😍 and before.

Don`t send any one there. Not good places. The social worker and administrative doesn't care about anyone or the place. I'm glad we got my wife out of Narazreth. Lisa and Julie (CNA) refused to walk my wife which put in a wheelchair for permanently. They would shut her phone off on her so no one call or can't talk her. I think this place needs to be shut down do to mold in the room. They broke her flat screen tv and refuse to pay for it. This is not trust worthy.

At Nazareth, attention to COVID 19 precaution is unparalleled! One has to be let in, and then, w/in a few steps, you wash your hands and are welcome to put on a new, clean, and antiseptic mask. Then, a lovely gal, Karen, greets you w/a friendly and convivial tone, while taking your temperature and having you log in. Clearly, security and health are of the utmost importance at Nazareth! The facility is clean, bright, and has lots of windows to let in the day. What a wonderful experience!

I stayed three weeks of rehab after 3 weeks in the hospital. The cnas are the rock of the staff the care. Meet with the dietitian she takes notes and likes showing she cares by remembering details about items you like. The RNs are thorough about paperwork ask questions our files is yours they will help make you at hohe social worker has the biggest heart. give a couple days the quarantine for covid is good it keeps you safe. Ask questions and talk to them. They are serving you . If you dont like anything talk to them. Third shift has the strongest nurses .. staffing can be busy depending on intakes
