I have been so fortunate to have found Mark before he left California! I cannot say enough about his knowledge, patience, availability when needed, and reasonable charges!
He helped me here, and then remotely helped my 93 year old mom, very patiently. Now that he moved, I had told him I bought a new laptop, and did not know who I should go to to transfer my files. Mark did it remotely! He did not give up with Microsoft having so many restrictions. I highly recommend his amazing, intellectual services!

I called Mark last minute and he was able to help me out. He tried a few things over the phone before he determined he'd need to take a look at my PC himself. I was so pleased with his service I asked if he could look at my lost cause of a laptop. The laptop was useless until Mark got ahold of it! He suspects there are serious issues but he gave me an option and made the laptop useful in the mean time! Mark is the man!

Made 2 VERY slow, older model(5+ years) HP laptops run smoothly. Very communicative and explained things as he worked. Fairly priced and i didnt have to leave my couch! What couldn't be fixed over the phone we worked out another way. Will DEFINITELY be recommending NinjaNeds to anyone with computer problems.
