My name is Greg and I've been working with computers since 1995. My first computer had dial-up internet. Over the years I've tweaked numerous name brand computers, built water-cooled computers and several gaming computers. I founded Hardware Guys Inc. on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii, in 2006.

My laptop would not connect to the Internet, so I went to see Paul Spear at Hardware Guys and asked him to help correct the problem. He took a look at my computer and within 15 minutes I was on my way home. Paul not only corrected the Internet connection problem, he also corrected several additional items that I was unaware needed correcting. The Hardware Guys earned my business that day and I would highly recommend that you stop by and see them next time your computer is not operating correctly or in need of repair. Whether you live on Kauai or are just visiting, Hardware Guys is the best and fastest place on the island to get any kind of computer or tech help. Our family and family business has four computers, PC and Mac, and over the years HG has helped us through many a setup, hardware and software issue. Fantastic service! Helpful, friendly, honest, and efficient with very fair pricing. My primary laptop crashed and my back-up laptop was on its last breath, so the guys gave me some solid recommendations for replacement laptops, and then transferred all my data to the new one and got it up and running. They were quick and professional. Fortunately, they were able to get my machine up and running again. As I suspected, It looks like it was the motherboard that was the culprit, and they were able to pin point the problem to the RAM sockets...Now to find a MB that is compatible with my current CPU and RAM! Hardware Guys repaired my desktop on a holiday, quickly and with great friendly service. Yesterday, Black Friday, my computer wouldn't start and I have a publication that has to be done right away. Although they didn't answer the phone, they called me as soon as I emailed a plea for help. Greg agreed to look at the computer even though they were closed for maintenance work on the office. He quickly diagnosed the primary problem, corrected it and insured that I will be able to finish my project. While running diagnostics on my computer, 2 tourists brought their laptop in. I eagerly enrolled in the annual maintenance plan which allows me to have my laptop diagnosed and fixed "remotely". It's such a convenience, 9 times out of 10 the issue can be resolved over the phone.

Greg and his staff are extremely professional. Greg has never failed to resolve a problem on my computer. I signed up for the maintenance plan when it first became available. Highly recommend this great plan. This plan allows me to have my computer remotely access and repaired. Saves me a 45 min drive each way.
