From hydraulic three roll double pinch, 3 roll single pinch, as well as fully powered and manually powered light guage steel plate rolls, Heller's high grade, superiorly engineered plate bending rolls are sure to get the job done right.
The AR Revolution Profile/Section Metal Bending Machine represents the most advanced technology the market has to offer in Angle Rolls. Three independent hydraulic planetary drive motors assure almost 100% torque to each shaft with maximum traction. Spherical roller bearings reduce friction and aid in the machines geometry for bending all types of sections, profiles, tube/pipes and aluminum extrusions.
This model is manufactured in a simple and rugged construction, suitable for high production as well as for the short runs and the R&D or model shops. Pressure on the bottom urethane roll is obtained by hydraulic pressure. The bending process for this machine consists of the rotation of the top roll (punch) by means of pressure developed by the lower urethane roll (female die).
