We have had him for getting our generator working, replacing our winch motor, new bilge pump installed, new sump pump installed he has solved our problems more than once as you can see. He is also very friendly, easy to talk to and good at explaining the issues and how he will resolve them.

John did a great job of installing an ABYC compliant ACR charging system in my Grady White Gulfstream. It was a painstaking job that required a great amount of skill. John was able to figure everything out and professionally install the system into my vessel. I feel much more confident in my vessel now and will use JWG Marine again in the future.

We had an appointment for JWG to come to do electrical work. Never showed up. They flaked. I will not hire this company for any work. Not even so much as a call. Tried calling them multiple times to find out where they are. I'm staying far far away from this company. They showed me zero professionalism.

Referred to JWG Marine by West Marine Connect to have new NAVICO electronics installed by a "NAVICO Certified" installer. The first warning sign was JWG Marine was almost an hour late on the first meeting to look at the boat and give me an estimate. He was late again on the second meeting to start work picking up gear from West Marine and take it to the boat to start work. When we arrived at the boat he mentioned he had a friend that wanted the existing equipment (Furuno Radar, GPS, Fish Finder & Chart plotter with manuals) and offered me $400 for it.
