I rented from them for a year, paid on time and when I moved for work they refused to pay me my security deposit. I've reached out many times and no response. No upkeep or maintenance done of the rental house and it's clear they only care about the property owner not the tenants. Do no work with Laurie, she is unprofessional, inappropriate and doesn't understand boundaries. I would not recommend renting from them.

They were called repeatedly to make repairs and never follow up. And when they finally did they gave my gf #s to call to schedule her own repairs. Isn’t that the job of property management?!?!?! Too many repairs to list and my gf fears retribution so I’m being purposely vague, but these people want rent on time but can care less to fix issues in their properties.

Very bad experience. All way threatening to raise prices. Lived in a single family hone they split to make two different apartments the bigger one payed for the smaller utility’s which could get really expensive. Had old fridge die took a week to get a new one and they made it sound like they were doing us a favor by replacing it. Would not recommend this company
