We were hunting for a small house or condo, subject to a 1031 exchange. Thus, we had 45 days from the sale of the other property to find something. We were looking in the low $300,000. Leslie sent us "possibilities" and showed us properties for months so we would have an idea of neighborhoods, sizes, conditions prior to the 1031 sale. When the exchange property closed, she moved fast. Prices were going up daily; going up a lot!
