Had to arrange a last minute car service from Aspen to Denver in a middle of a snow storm on Christmas Eve. Unable to get any services directly to Denver, I escaped from Aspen for Vail. On the way, I was able to connect w Sloan Mountain Express to continue my journey to Denver. They agreed to wait for me in Vail at a designated place and transported me safely to Denver, even with the challenges of possible road closures and less than ideal conditions. Sloan did not over charge their fee even though there were essentially no other car available last minute. The service that I got was above and beyond

Sebastian is the BEST!! I highly recommend Sebastian and Sloan Mountain Express for any travel from Denver to the mountains or anywhere. He is professional, accommodating and just a delight to be with. My family and I just wrapped up a trip to Vail and cannot wait to come back. We were planning transportation to a limited parking wedding and were amazed at the professional customer service, attention to detail, and communication we received from Sebastian. He was prompt, kind, and went out of his way to provide us with ideas and service that amazed us. He was probably the best vendor we dealt with throughout our entire wedding planning process. I rarely leave reviews, but I will make an exception for these guys. We were forced to take a car service from Aspen to Denver when our travel plans changed and Sloan Mountain Express totally saved us. Sebastian was incredibly professional throughout our entire drive. The best part is that they were significantly less expensive than some of the bigger car services in the area. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks again Sebastian!!!

Sebastian was prompt, professional, and well-priced for the high quality transportation he provided. He went above-and-beyond to accommodate our request to make a quick stop for groceries, take a family photo on our return trip, and return a lost item.
