Christopher is a superstar. Because of staffing shortages, we had to wait almost 6 hours at the Denver airport to deplane and receive our luggage. Christopher waited for us and cared more about the inconvenience to us then to him. In windy and wintery conditions, he delivered us safely at 330am to Vail and even though he had to head back to Denver for a 7am pick up.

Wonderful service!! Christopher went above and beyond to get us to our destination! He got us to our home safely and even offered to take us into town for our rentals knowing we couldn’t find transportation. He even overheard me on the phone with Instacart who cancelled my food order delivery for my party of 20, and he was so unbelievably kind to offer to stop us off at the grocery store and waited for us to shop so we could have food for our kids. He said he couldn’t leave us stranded without food—such a blessing he was to us that day! I can never thank him enough for his amazing service

We worked with B-Line this weekend for a wedding in Vail and had a fantastic experience. Their team was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process - they always answered the phone when we called and were more than happy to answer questions.
