The philosophy is simple. The goal for CHEFS catering is to provide a stress-free and relaxed environment for the client. I truly love what I do. Cooking and guest services have been my life for over thirty years, and I have done it all, from dishwasher, busboy all the way to being an executive chef at a high-end restaurant.
Making people happy gives me a great sense of accomplishment. The opportunities are limitless. Ever since I can remember I have always maintained an affinity for the small, intimate fine dining setting. Wanting to escape the harsh New England winters, my family and I set out to find an Inn in the mountains of North Carolina to take over and make our own. The problem was that finding a place in Asheville seemed viable but potentially very expensive.
