Advantage Chatuge Realty was recommended to our family by another agent in Georgia. When we first drove up to meet Ed, we were so impressed by his professionalism, warm personality, knowledge of the real estate business, and efficiency. Within 24 hours, he had successfully negotiated on our behalf (after market research), and we were under contract! Ed continued to go ABOVE and BEYOND all the way up to and after the closing. Here’s our story’s: We wanted to find a nice piece of land to build a home for semi-retirement and beyond. We wanted to find a property that allowed lots of privacy without feeling isolated. Our realtor, Gary Ward, was truly up for the task.
